This Privacy Notice explains how House of Bam Social Club, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company with a principal address at 2360 Drew Valley Rd NE, Brookhaven, GA 30319 (“House of Bam,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our website, purchase retail goods, register for an Event,

apply for or hold a membership, or otherwise interact with our physical club, pop-ups, and off-site Events (collectively, the “Services”). Capitalized terms not defined here (such as User, Member, Event, and Club) have the meanings given in our Terms and Conditions.


By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Notice. If you do not agree with this Notice, please do not use the Services.


1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Contact and identity information: name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and date of birth (used for age verification, including confirming eligibility for alcohol service).
  • Membership information: application details, enrollment and renewal dates, and communications with House of Bam staff.
  • Payment information: billing details processed through our third-party payment processor(s) when you pay membership dues, register for an Event, or make a retail purchase. House of Bam does not store full payment card numbers on its own systems.
  • Event and retreat information: registration details and, where applicable, dietary restrictions, allergies, and emergency contact information collected for the safety and logistics of catered events and retreats.
  • Communications: information you provide when you contact us, complete a form, or otherwise correspond with House of Bam.


1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and referring/exit pages when you use our website.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies for site functionality, analytics (such as measuring site traffic), and advertising (such as showing House of Bam ads on social media). See Section 4 for more detail and your choices.


1.3 Photography, Video, and Security Camera Footage

As described in our Terms and Conditions, photographs and video captured at the Club or an Event may be used for marketing purposes. You will be required to agree to the use of video and still photography as part of the sign up process for any event. Separately, our permanent Club location uses security cameras (CCTV) to monitor the premises for the safety of Members, guests, and staff and for loss prevention. Security camera footage is used only for safety, security, and loss-prevention purposes, is accessed only by authorized personnel, and is not used for marketing.


1.4 Information from Third Parties

We may receive limited information from our payment processor (such as payment confirmation status), from social media platforms if you interact with our public pages, or from event or venue partners in connection with an off-site Event you register for.


2. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and administer memberships, process dues, and enforce membership terms;
  • To process retail purchases and Event registrations, including cancellations and refunds;
  • To verify age for alcohol service and comply with applicable alcohol beverage laws;
  • To communicate with you about your account, an Event, or your membership (service communications, which are not optional marketing);
  • To send marketing communications by email and, where you have opted in, by text message, as described in Section 5;
  • To maintain the safety and security of our premises, including through CCTV monitoring;
  • To operate, maintain, and improve our website and the Services, including through analytics;
  • To comply with tax, accounting, licensing (including alcohol licensing), and other legal obligations; and
  • To protect the rights, property, and safety of House of Bam, our Members, guests, staff, and the public.

3. How We Share Your Information

House of Bam does not sell your personal information. We may share personal information with:

  • Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as payment processing, membership management, email and SMS marketing platforms, and website analytics and advertising providers. As of the Effective Date, House of Bam has not finalized all such vendors; this Notice will be updated to reflect specific providers as they are selected, and in the meantime such providers are contractually or otherwise required to use your information only to provide services to House of Bam.
  • Food and beverage or venue partners, to the extent necessary to coordinate an off-site private Event or retreat you have registered for (such as sharing your name and headcount/dietary information with a venue).
  • Legal and safety authorities, where required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of House of Bam, our Members, guests, or the public.
  • A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of some or all of House of Bam's assets.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, which may include:

  • Essential cookies necessary for the website to function (such as maintaining your session or shopping cart);
  • Analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) that help us understand how visitors use our website; and
  • Advertising cookies and pixels (such as a Meta/Facebook Pixel) that help us show relevant House of Bam advertising on social media and other sites and measure the effectiveness of that advertising.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising through tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page, Google Ads Settings, or your social media platform's ad preferences. Blocking some cookies may affect the functionality of our website.


5. Marketing Communications and Your Choices

5.1 Email

If you opt in to marketing emails, we will send you communications about membership, Events, and promotions. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every marketing email, or by contacting us at the email address in Section 11.


5.2 Text Messages (SMS)

If you opt in to receive text messages from House of Bam, you will receive event reminders and promotional messages by SMS. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or membership. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or reply HELP for assistance. This program is separate from our email communications and is not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.


6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate business and legal purposes. As a general practice: financial and transaction records (such as membership dues payments, event and retail purchase records) are retained for approximately seven (7) years to satisfy tax and accounting record keeping obligations. Other account and marketing information (such as contact details and communication preferences) is generally retained while your membership or account remains active, and for a limited period thereafter, before

being deleted or anonymized. Security camera footage is retained for a limited period as needed for safety and loss-prevention purposes, consistent with our internal retention practices.


7. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.


8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. House of Bam Social Club, LLC does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If we learn at any time that we have been providing services to or have collected the information of a child under the age of 13 then we will immediately destroy this personal information unless we are legally obligated to retain such data. Please email us at privacy@insightrebel.com if you believe that we have unintentionally provided services to or collected the information of a child under the age of 13.


We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best to promptly remove such information from our records.


Children between the ages of 13 and 18 years of age must receive permission from a parent of legal guardian to access this website.


9. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it for marketing, by contacting us at the email address in Section 11. We will respond to reasonable requests consistent with applicable law. Please note that we may need to retain certain information (such as financial records) to comply with legal, tax, or safety obligations even after a deletion request. Subject to certain exceptions set forth below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:

  • Delete your personal information from our records; and
  • Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records.



Please note that we may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if it is necessary to:

  • Complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected, and provide a good or service requested by you, or reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform a contract between you and us;
  • Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or prosecute those responsible for that activity;
  • Debug to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality;
  • Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise his or her right of free speech, or exercise another
